Leadership
Maddy Schlossenberg
Camp Director
Our Camp Director, Maddy, has worked multiple years at Camp Trotter, including 2016, 2017, and 2018. During the camping season, she goes by "Keep" which is reminiscent of her time playing soccer as a goalkeeper. During her previous seasons, you could find her leading soccer events, making coffee for camp staff in the kitchen, or leading camp-wide songs at our campfire.

Maddy graduated in 2022 with a degree in Humanities Pre-Law from Michigan State University and has found great joy in working with people from all backgrounds.

She also previously attended camp as a camper in 2010 and 2011! One of her fondest memories was the fashion show the staff previously put on. The cabins would all be able to dress their counselor in crazy costumes or accessorize and perform a rehearsed skit for the rest of the camp.
SENIOR Staff
These staff members are returning staff who have made VFW Camp Trotter for Children a second home. We are thrilled to bring these individuals back on our team as senior staff!
