Registration Forms
At the time of registration, we mandate all parents to complete our "Camper Information" and "Waiver & Agreement" forms. Due to the length of our "Medical Form," we have not made it mandatory to complete registration. However, it is imperative this form is completed before your camper(s) arrives at Camp Trotter.
After completing registration, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will contain your invoice, our Director's letter, and a packing list. You will find another copy of the Director's letter below, and more information about packing here.

Cancellation Policy: From February 1 to April 30 a charge of $20 will be assessed. If canceled on May 1 or after, a charge of $170 will be made to the account. The expectations are as follows, death in the family, illness, injury, and cancellation of the camping period by the VFW Camp Trotter Administration.

Our counselors get one-on-one time with our Camp Director and Assistant Director to ensure all questions and concerns are addressed before the close of the training week. They get specialized training in all of our activities and are encouraged to share ideas to make the camp better.
