Check-In
Before arrival, please ensure to feed your camper(s), as we will not be providing lunch. Our first meal after check-in will be dinner at 5:30.
Check-in begins at 2:00 pm on the Sunday of your registered camp week. Please wait to unpack your camper's belongings until after completing the check-in process. We will begin check-in promptly under the pavilion.

For check-in, please bring your photo ID, your insurance card, and all medications within original containers.

Please note, if the name on the ID does not match the listed authorized drop-off person, we will be unable to complete the check-in. We will need a new authorized drop-off form to be filled out and signed by the parent/legal guardian on the camper's registration.
After registration checks with the Camp Director and Assistant Director, you will meet with the Camp Medical Officer. They will complete a physical examination, and discuss all medications. At this time you will receive your camper's placement and will be able to unpack their belongings. All belongings must remain outside the cabin until the counselor receives permission to open the cabin to the campers. NO ADULTS WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE THE CABINS.
